Construction Team
AltGen was retained by a leading global Wind OEM to oversee the entire organisational development for a new team responsible for a ‘first of its kind’ EPC construction project in a remote area. As “Employee No. 1” we were responsible for the entire OD process from recruitment, team development, to demobilisation for the three-year construction period.
Additional services included the facilitation and coordination of a new “lessons learned” process, providing the OEM with reference points which they have since used to win additional EPC contracts.
